Six steps to request a Preflight

You can follow these instructions without watching the video. The private bot may present the questions in a different order.

Before paying

  1. Open the real bot. Use @BusinessRescueDeskBot, tap Start and follow its prompts.
  2. Give the tender details. Include the exact reference, current deadline and your main issue.
  3. Share required material only. Current tender documents, relevant addenda and limited supporting evidence.
  4. Confirm fit. The bot checks whether the request is within short-document scope and capacity before giving payment instructions.

If your request is accepted

  1. Pay only as instructed. The scoped Preflight costs KSh 1,500. Verify M-Pesa recipient and amount, and supply a confirmation code only when requested. No PIN or OTP.
  2. Wait for trusted verification and processing. A code alone does not establish paid status. AI-assisted document analysis, independent QA and report delivery are conditional on successful processing; this is not guaranteed to be instant.

Starting the bot and joining the free Tender Radar cost nothing. The optional scoped AI-assisted document-readiness Preflight is KSh 1,500 if your request is accepted.

Does AI automatically approve my tender?

No. The AI-assisted workflow identifies possible requirements, evidence gaps and questions, subject to source-grounded quality checks. It does not certify eligibility, compliance or contract awards.

When do I pay?

The private bot provides instructions only when your request meets scope and capacity checks. Verify the M-Pesa recipient and amount. Never share PINs or OTPs.

Is the review delivered immediately?

Not guaranteed. Payment confirmation, technical processing and quality gates may take time. If verification is delayed, do not pay again; contact mindsumoltd@gmail.com with the order reference.

Which files should I share?
