What AI actually does
For eligible short tenders, BidReady uses AI to analyse supplied documents and identify potential missing evidence, requirement gaps and inconsistencies. Source citations, automated checks and an independent quality gate help limit unsupported findings. This is readiness guidance, not an instant approval, legal opinion or award guarantee.

We confirm the tender and issue first. If the request is outside scope or the deadline makes a meaningful review unrealistic, we should tell you before taking payment.

We confirm whether the Preflight fits
If the issue is within the fixed scope, the private bot shows the KSh 1,500 payment instructions and your reference.
AI-assisted analysis and focused report
After verified payment and successful processing, the system prepares a source-linked readiness view of possible gaps, checks and questions to resolve. Delivery timing is not guaranteed.

Share only the documents needed for the review. Do not send banking PINs, OTPs, passwords or unrelated personal records.
Payment safetyBidReady shows the payment number privately after intake. Verify the recipient name and amount in M-PESA before paying. A transaction code alone does not establish a confirmed payment. Never pay twice because confirmation is delayed.

How does AI help in a Preflight?
Our AI-assisted workflow extracts and examines relevant requirements in the tender documents you provide, identifies potential evidence gaps, and prepares a source-linked review subject to independent quality checks. It cannot certify compliance or guarantee an award. Each request must pass scope and capacity checks first.
What does KSh 1,500 cover?
One focused readiness review for one tender based on current instructions and material supplied. This is not a bid-writing contract or award guarantee.
How and when do I pay?
Start in the private Telegram intake. If your request fits the scope, the bot provides M-PESA payment instructions. Verify the recipient and amount before approving. Do not share your PIN or OTP.
How do I receive the report?
The intended delivery channel is your private Telegram conversation. Automated delivery is under operational validation; if delivery fails or payment confirmation is delayed, contact mindsumoltd@gmail.com with your job reference.
What about duplicate, failed or unfulfilled payments?
Do not pay again if confirmation is delayed. Contact support with your order reference. Refund eligibility depends on verifying the payment and applicable provider processes, which may require manual assistance. See our payment policy.
