What you purchase

A KSh 1,500 fixed-scope Tender Readiness / Compliance Preflight for one tender, subject to confirming your request fits the published scope. The Tender Radar and guides remain free.

Limitations

This is not legal, engineering or other regulated professional advice. We do not submit bids, issue tender notices, determine eligibility or guarantee contract awards. You must check current official documents, addenda, accuracy, signatures and submission.

Payments

Begin private intake before paying. Verify the recipient name and amount displayed by M-PESA. Never share a PIN, OTP or password. A transaction code is not proof until matched to an actual payment record. Do not pay twice if confirmation is delayed.

Failed delivery, duplicates and refunds

Contact mindsumoltd@gmail.com with your job reference and non-sensitive payment reference. We will investigate confirmed payment facts and applicable refund eligibility. Kenya M-PESA/provider refunds may require manual support and are not represented as instant or fully automated.
