Privacy notice

Information you provide

We may process tender references, documents, bidder evidence, Telegram account identifiers, order references and support messages that you submit. Do not share passwords, banking PINs, OTPs or unrelated personal documents.

Purposes and processors

Information is used to perform the requested readiness checks, prevent duplicates, secure the system, support delivery, address inquiries and maintain legitimate accounting records. Telegram, hosting and payment providers may also process related data under their applicable terms.

Storage, deletion and access

Information is retained as necessary for the service, recovery, dispute handling, security and legal obligations. Request eligible access, correction or deletion at mindsumoltd@gmail.com. Some compliance or payment records may need to be retained.

Anonymous website measurement

BidReady uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to public pages. It receives anonymous page views, referrer information and aggregate country, browser and device data. Our integration removes query strings and fragments from page URLs, respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, and excludes unknown routes and automated browser checks. It does not send tender documents, payment references or Telegram/customer identifiers, and does not use cookies or custom conversion events.

Vercel processes technical requests under its Web Analytics privacy documentation. Page views are traffic measurements, not proof of a purchase or completed service. Website measurement was added on 26 October 2026.
